The 25 year old musician started writing poetry in his early teens, a year later it evolved into music. He got his first real taste after going to a co-workers home studio where he recorded his first track, "Streets Cold as Ice". " I knew after that moment that i wanted to do this for the rest of my life".

Once struggling to get a beat MAGICHILD is now networking and doing work with individuals all over the country. " I dont like to limit myself, so if anything arises that i see as an opportunity to learn and expand my music, I take it".

MAGICHILD aka Virgil Paz recorded his first album Natural Balance in 2001. Anxious and lost to the game of the music industry MAGICHILD hustled hard to fund the album 100%, not knowing that it would be a long business agrement with himself.
