A rap duo coming out of Perth Amboy, New Jersey consists of two blood- related cousins that go by the names of SHAK’ and Realz. Since their early childhood they have had a passion for music and just at the age of ten years old they recall themselves mimicking rap songs to perform at their family reunion. As they grew older they ventured into other fields of hip-hop to gain more knowledge of what they loved. In their teenage years, SHAK’ was a local D.J while Realz was into the break dancing scene.

In the late nineties the duo began tapping into their talents as music composers. Working with different cliques from their hometown they had a late start of recording music together. It wasn’t until late 2001 when they recorded their first track together. They released a series of mix-tapes as a super group called Silva Blaq Soljaz. The group consisted on 6 rap artists and 1 R&B singer. While recording for the mix-tapes they decided to form Blood Cuzinz.

Having a good sense of the music business and a unique talent gives them an edge to have longevity in the music industry instead of being one hit wonders. Their passion is felt threw their delivery and their dedication is seen in their hard work ethics. Talents shows, open mics, showcases and a wide range of music conferences are just a few things that keep Blood Cuzinz busy outside of the studio. Between the two there is a wide range of talents are being brought to the table. From composing, producing, mixing, video, marketing and promotions Blood Cuzinz seem to be the total package.
